The Cardiff ACDC team are using their 3D printing expertise, developed in the ACDC project, to construct prototype liquid reagent dispensing cartridges for possible use on robotic biochemical analysis instrumentation. These cartridges are in short supply and are needed for conducting the critical RNA tests on saliva samples, to determine human infections of Covid-19.
