In the framework of the European project ACDC, MUSE - the Science Museum of Trento, in collaboration with the ACDC project consortium organises two full days of advanced training addressed to PhD students, researchers, academics and industry practitioners to explore how different disciplines are proceeding in the field of synthetic biology and artificial life.
Due to the current conditions, the course will be held online.
Which are the most important science and tech trends? What kind of technologies and methods are employed? What are the future perspectives? How can we evaluate potential impacts in terms of benefits and risks for society?
The Summer School aims to provide participants with an overview in recent advances in synthetic biology, to better understand and to address the challenges of this fascinating scientific frontier.

Course participants will receive a certificate confirming their participation and the hours attended.
The ACDC Summer school is open to researchers from different background with keen interest in the area.
The participation is free of charge, places are limited.
Applications must be submitted by July 26, 2021 at 12 am CET.
